• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the
Subscription Management page.
• Cancellation will stop auto-renewal of the plan.
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Payments for monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
• In rare cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors, please contact our support team for a refund review.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• The Free Plan and Trial periods are offered without charge. • Since no payment is taken, no refunds apply to these plans.
